GIVEAWAY RULES

-must be 18 years of age or older at the start of the promotion for this giveaway (July 20, 2026)

-dates of the giveaway entry period: July 21, 2026 at 6pm PST through October 15th, 2026 at 6pm PST

-how the winner will be determined: One (1) prospective Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to the end October 15th, 2026 at 6pm PST

-must meet reserve minimum amount (*if reserve minimum is not met, contest will be either postponed, prolonged or canceled) 

-when home is won: insurance, property tax and utilities become the responsibility of the winner (these monthly expenses total approximately $970/month) 

-the deed transfer will happen through sellers title company of choice

-deed transfer will be set for date in November 2026

-in lieu of taking title of this home, the winner will have the option of receiving $400,000 in cash (as the "Cash Option")
